REvelio is a real estate transaction management platform. Your real estate agent uses REvelio to manage your transaction from the time your purchase or sale agreement is signed through closing.
Your agent has invited you to access a Client Portal — a personal, real-time view of your transaction. This portal allows you to track your transaction progress, access documents, and communicate with your agent through the platform.
REvelio is a technology service provider acting on behalf of your agent. We do not represent you as a buyer or seller, and we are not a real estate brokerage. Your agent and their brokerage remain your real estate professionals.
By activating your Client Portal access, you agree to these Client Portal Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not activate or use your portal.
If you have questions about your transaction or the information in your portal, contact your agent directly.
Your Client Portal gives you access to:
Your portal access is provided at the invitation of your agent. Your agent controls what information is visible in your portal and may modify or revoke your access at any time.
Your Client Portal includes an AI assistant that can answer questions about your transaction. This AI:
Communications sent through the portal, including AI responses, are associated with your agent's account. Your agent remains responsible for the accuracy of information provided through the portal.
The information in your Client Portal relates to your real estate transaction. This includes:
This information is collected and processed by REvelio on behalf of your agent. Your agent, as your real estate professional, is the primary party responsible for how your data is used. Please refer to your agent's privacy policy or contact them directly with questions about how they use your personal information.
REvelio's handling of your data as a service provider is described in the REvelio Consumer Privacy Policy.
When using your Client Portal, you agree not to:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVELIO PROCESS INCORPORATED IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE CLIENT PORTAL, INCLUDING DELAYS IN TRANSACTION MILESTONES, ERRORS IN AI-GENERATED CONTENT, OR INTERRUPTIONS IN PORTAL ACCESS.
Your remedies for any issues with your real estate transaction lie with your agent and their brokerage, not with REvelio.
If your agent has enabled SMS notifications for your portal, you may receive text message updates about your transaction. To opt out of these messages, reply STOP or contact your agent. Message and data rates may apply.
Your Client Portal access may be deactivated by your agent at any time, including at the close of your transaction. Following portal deactivation, you will no longer have access to your portal information through REvelio. Obtain copies of any documents you need from your agent before your transaction closes.
These Client Portal Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes relating to your use of the Client Portal shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California, or through binding arbitration as specified by your agent's agreement with REvelio.
For questions about your transaction: contact your agent directly.
