How Revelio Process Incorporated collects, uses, and protects personal information of clients accessing the REvelio Client Portal.

Important: REvelio provides the Client Portal as a service to your real estate agent or broker (the "Business User"). We collect, use, and process your personal information on behalf of your Business User. To understand how your agent collects, uses, and shares your information through these services, please see their privacy policy or contact your agent directly.

1. Who We Are and Our Role

Revelio Process Incorporated ("REvelio," "we," "us," "our") provides a real estate transaction management and client communication platform to licensed real estate agents and brokerages ("Business Users").

When your agent invites you to a Client Portal, REvelio acts as a service provider — we process your personal information on behalf of your agent, not for our own independent purposes. Your agent is the primary party responsible for how your information is collected and used.

This Client Portal Privacy Policy describes how REvelio, as a service provider, handles the personal information we process on your agent's behalf. For questions about how your specific agent handles your data, contact them directly or refer to their privacy policy.

2. Information We Collect on Behalf of Your Agent

The types of personal information we may collect and process on behalf of your agent include:

2.1 Identity and Contact Information

Your name and email address
Phone number (if provided by you or your agent)
Mailing or property address related to your transaction

2.2 Transaction Information

Property address and transaction details
Milestone dates, contingency deadlines, and transaction status
Documents shared by your agent through the portal
Communications between you and your agent within the platform

2.3 Portal Usage Information

Login activity and session information
Pages viewed and features used within your portal
Questions submitted to the portal AI assistant
Device type, browser, and IP address (collected automatically)

2.4 Showing Preferences (Buyer Clients)

Property aesthetic preferences logged during buyer showings (if your agent uses REvelio's showing tools)
Showing feedback and notes captured by your agent or logged via voice

3. How This Information Is Used

REvelio uses the information described above to:

Provide and operate your Client Portal on your agent's behalf
Generate real-time transaction status updates visible to you and your agent
Power the AI assistant that answers your transaction questions
Enable document sharing between you and your agent
Send transaction notifications and portal alerts (email or SMS, as configured by your agent)
Maintain the security and integrity of the platform

We do not use your personal information for advertising, marketing, or to train AI models. We do not sell your personal information.

4. How This Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

We share your information in the following limited circumstances:

With your agent and their brokerage — as the Business User on whose behalf we process your data
With our service providers — companies that help us operate the Platform, including Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI processing), and Resend (email delivery). These providers process your data only as directed by REvelio.
As required by law — if required by a court order, subpoena, or applicable legal requirement
In connection with a business transfer — if REvelio is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction

We also use and share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

5. Your Choices and Rights

As a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the following rights:

Right to Know — what personal information we collect and process about you
Right to Delete — request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and contractual limitations
Right to Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information
Right to Opt Out of Sale — we do not sell your personal information
Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights

Because REvelio processes your information on behalf of your agent, some rights requests may need to be directed to your agent first. REvelio will work with your agent to respond to valid rights requests.

6. Data Security

REvelio implements industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. Your portal access is protected by a unique login credential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.

7. Data Retention

We retain your portal information for as long as your agent's subscription is active and for a reasonable period following transaction close. If your agent's REvelio subscription is cancelled, your portal data is retained for 90 days and then deleted, unless your agent has requested a longer retention period for regulatory compliance purposes.

8. SMS Notifications

If your agent has configured SMS notifications for your portal, you may receive text message updates about your transaction milestones. To opt out, reply STOP to any message or contact your agent. Message and data rates may apply.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Client Portal Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Revised" date above and notify your agent, who may notify you through the portal.
