1. Introduction and Scope

Revelio Process Incorporated ("REvelio," "we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of licensed real estate agents and teams who subscribe to the REvelio platform. This Agent Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your data as a paying subscriber.

This policy applies only to REvelio's agent-subscribers. If you are a buyer, seller, or other consumer accessing REvelio through an agent's client portal, please see the REvelio Consumer Privacy Policy.

4. Data Processors — Who Has Access to Your Data

REvelio uses the following third-party service providers to deliver the Platform. Each processes your data only as directed by REvelio and under data processing agreements:

5. Client Data You Process Through REvelio

When you upload client documents, provision client portals, or enter client data into REvelio, you are acting as the data controller for your clients' personal information. REvelio processes that data as your service provider under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

As a REvelio agent-subscriber, you are responsible for:

6. Data Security

REvelio implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

No security system is impenetrable. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, REvelio will notify you as required by applicable law.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. Following account cancellation:

REvelio Process Incorporated is a technology service provider and is not a licensed real estate broker. REvelio has no independent obligation under California Business and Professions Code § 10148. The record-keeping obligation under California law runs to the licensed broker with whom the agent is affiliated. Agents are solely responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable DRE record-keeping requirements, including exporting necessary records from REvelio prior to account cancellation.

9. SMS Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number, REvelio may send transactional SMS messages including account alerts, deadline notifications, and platform updates. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Agent Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by updating the Last Revised date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
